Shipping policy

1. Delivery Options & Rates

We work with premium couriers (including DPD, Royal Mail, and DHL) to ensure your cookware arrives safely and promptly. All delivery times are calculated from the working day after your order is dispatched.

• Standard UK Delivery (3–5 working days):

FREE on all orders over £70.

£4.95 for orders under £70.

• Express UK Delivery (1–2 working days):

£7.95 flat rate (Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM Monday–Thursday).

Please note: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may take an additional 1–2 working days and could incur a shipping surcharge at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

• Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

• As cookware can be heavy, large orders containing multiple cast iron or ceramic items may be split into separate boxes. You will receive tracking links for each parcel at no extra cost.

3. Packaging & Fragile Items

We take extra care when packing our products. Heavy items like cast iron casseroles are securely boxed, and fragile items (ceramic pots, glass lids) are wrapped in eco-friendly protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

4. Missed Deliveries

Our couriers require a signature upon delivery for high-value or heavy parcels. If you are not home, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions to rearrange delivery, or they may leave your parcel with a neighbour or at a local designated pickup shop.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

In the unlikely event that your cookware arrives damaged (e.g., cracked enamel or broken glass lids), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
